To be approved, your return must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Tags and barcodes must remain attached.

If your watch has stopped, it’s likely that the battery needs to be replaced. A watch battery typically lasts 1–2 years.

Please visit a watchmaker to have the battery replaced.

Battery replacement is not covered by warranty, and Mockberg does not cover the cost.

Our watches feature stainless steel cases, quality movements, and carefully selected straps or bracelets.

All our jewellery pieces are waterproof. They are made from stainless steel and PVD coating, allowing you to shower or swim without worry.

However, please note that waterproof does not mean chemical-resistant — exposure to strong chemicals or hand sanitiser may still cause damage.

For our waterproof jewellery, we offer a lifetime warranty on colour (gold/silver PVD finish) and a 1-year international warranty for manufacturing or material defects.

For our watches, we provide a 2-year warranty covering production, manufacturing, and material defects from the delivery date.

Yes! Many of our watches feature interchangeable straps and bracelets (mesh, leather, or link).
