Does Mockberg jewellery or watches cause nickel allergy?
No, but if you are highly allergic, we do not recommend buying any metal jewelry.
How do I shorten mesh watches?
Step 1: Use a screwdriver or equivalent to loosen the clasp.
Step 2: Slide the clasp to adjust the length.
Step 3: Slide the clasp back to secure the lock.
How do I shorten watch metal bracelet?
All watch with metal bracelet need to be adjusted to fit your wrist. We recommend visiting a watch retailer and asking them to help you shorten the strap. Note that Mockberg does not cover this cost. What does 3 ATM mean?
3 ATM on a watch provides basic protection against accidental splashes, rain, and handwashing, but it is not suitable for swimming or diving.
What does 10 ATM mean?
10 ATM means that a watch is waterproof up to 100 meters, making it suitable for bathing, swimming, and snorkeling.

At Mockberg, you always have 60 days to change your mind from the day your package was delivered to your local service point or to your home. You can create a return by following the instructions here.
Return cost within Sweden 39 SEK.
Returns cost 5,9 EUR within European Union.
Return cost outside of European Union is 9,99 EUR.
The product must be unused and look as it did when you received it.
All barcode labels must remain on the products and the bags, as our warehouse scans everything using handheld computers and therefore cannot accept products that lack a barcode.
All protective plastic must remain intact, and the product should be returned in its box and with the accompanying silk pouch.
All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging. (In its zip bag with barcode, silk pouch, and box).
Please note that we do not offer returns on engraved or customized products, including all items from our Signature Collection. These pieces are handcrafted to your specifications, including custom diamond sizes, making each item unique and personal to you. As a result, all sales on these customized products are final.
If there are signs that the product has been used, we will not accept the return.
If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you, and you will not be charged for that shipping. It is up to the customer to ensure that the item is flawless, correct, and verified to undergo a return.
For packages not picked up at the collection point on time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 15 EURO , to cover the return shipping and administrative costs.
Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 14 days. During peak season, this may take longer.
As soon as the return is approved and the refund has been made, you will receive an email from us confirming that your return has been approved.
24 Months Watch Warranty
All watches are covered by a production warranty. The production warranty covers all production and material defects for a period of 2 years from the delivery date of the order.Good to know:
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or damage through accidents. The warranty is only valid if the care instructions are followed.

The watch is beautiful and I love the design, but to small/tight to put on (because it’s not able to unlock it) and to big/loose around my wrist. It says that it’s easily shortened, but then I won’t be able to put it on. This will sadly be a return from me.

To adjust the watch band to fit your wrist, you can remove a few links. Here is a step-by-step guide for opening and closing your watch:
Look for the opening on one of the short sides of the clasp. This can be difficult to see but is visible through small indentations or grooves that indicate the direction in which the clasp can be opened.
Gently hold the watch and lift the upper part of the clasp upward to release the locking mechanism. Be careful not to use too much force to avoid damaging the clasp or band. Once the clasp is open, you can easily take the watch on or off your wrist. If the band is too long, you can remove links until it fits perfectly.
To close the clasp, carefully press the two parts of the clasp back together until you hear a clicking sound. This sound indicates that the clasp is securely locked again.
Absolutely love this watch! However, getting the perfect fit is a bit tricky for me. The links that can be removed are quite large, so it's either too tight to put on or too loose and spins around my wrist.
Hey Agnes, thanks for your review! We designed this watch so it can be easily shortened even more. Just take it to a watchmaker to remove the smaller links, and it'll fit perfectly on any wrist!
The watch face is too small for me, I can barely see the time. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good purchase for me, so I'll be returning it.
