Our lifetime warranty guarantees that your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. If you experience any problems with your jewelry, please contact our customer service team and we will be more than happy to help you.
Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties. Lost diamonds are not covered by the lifetime warranty.
