What does the lifetime warranty on the gold color cover?
The warranty covers the disappearance of the gold color on your jewelry.

What does the lifetime warranty on the gold color not cover?
The warranty does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, shells, beads, or other embellishments. Additionally, damage caused by wear and tear, or scratches are not covered by the warranty. The jewelry is water-resistant, but it is not chemical-resistant. This means you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing these jewelry items.

Do water-resistant jewelry items darken over time?
Yes, the jewelry may darken over time. Darkening of the color is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

What do I need to claim the lifetime warranty for color?
You need to keep the original receipt. If you bought your jewelry from a retailer, you need to go directly to that retailer. If you bought the jewelry from us, you can file a claim here!

Anything else I should know about water-resistant jewelry?
The jewelry is water-resistant, but not alcohol-resistant. This means you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing these jewelry items.

What does the lifetime warranty not cover?
Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties. Lost diamonds are not covered by the lifetime warranty.

The production warranty covers all production and material defects for a period of 1 year from the delivery date of the order.

Yes, all watches are covered by a production warranty. The production warranty covers all production and material defects for a period of 2 years from the delivery date of the order.
