At Mockberg, you always have 60 days to change your mind from the day your package was delivered to your local service point or to your home. You can create a return by following the instructions here.
Return cost within Sweden 39 SEK.
Returns cost 5,9 EUR within European Union.
Return cost outside of European Union is 9,99 EUR.
The product must be unused and look as it did when you received it.
All barcode labels must remain on the products and the bags, as our warehouse scans everything using handheld computers and therefore cannot accept products that lack a barcode.
All protective plastic must remain intact, and the product should be returned in its box and with the accompanying silk pouch.
All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging. (In its zip bag with barcode, silk pouch, and box).
Please note that we do not offer returns on engraved or customized products, including all items from our Signature Collection. These pieces are handcrafted to your specifications, including custom diamond sizes, making each item unique and personal to you. As a result, all sales on these customized products are final.
If there are signs that the product has been used, we will not accept the return.
If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you, and you will not be charged for that shipping. It is up to the customer to ensure that the item is flawless, correct, and verified to undergo a return.
For packages not picked up at the collection point on time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 15 EURO , to cover the return shipping and administrative costs.
Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 14 days. During peak season, this may take longer.
As soon as the return is approved and the refund has been made, you will receive an email from us confirming that your return has been approved.

Do water-resistant jewelry items darken over time?
Yes, the jewelry may darken over time. Darkening of the color is not covered by the lifetime warranty.
What do I need to claim the lifetime warranty for color?
You need to keep the original receipt. If you bought your jewelry from a retailer, you need to go directly to that retailer. If you bought the jewelry from us, you can file a claim here!
Anything else I should know about water-resistant jewelry?
The jewelry is water-resistant, but not alcohol-resistant. This means you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing these jewelry items.
